He received a bachelor degree in Finance & Economics from the University of Oklahoma and a Masters of Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian University. Justin grew up in Frederick, Oklahoma and in his summers worked at Cassidy Grain Co. as the Hollister branch manager during wheat harvest.
